Standard Shipping: $9.95

*Free standard shipping for orders over $175 and ALL subscription orders
Express Shipping: $14.98
2-4 business days
*Orders received before 12pm EST on business days (Monday-Friday) are processed and shipped the same day with an estimated delivery date of 2-4 business days. Orders received after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped by the next business day with an estimated delivery of 2-4 days after the order is fulfilled. Please note express shipping is non-refundable.
DISPATCH:
Orders are processed Monday-Friday on a rolling basis excluding holidays. Please note that order processing time varies depending on current order volume; however, we strive to process orders same day or the next business day. On occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to carrier delays outside of our control.
You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number from USPS or UPS once your order ships. Shipping is currently only available in the United States.
Please note that dubose is not responsible for packages lost in transit due to the actions of the US Postal Service or UPS.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for an additional $9.95 handling fee to cover packing and shipping the new order to the correct address.

WINTER PROTOCOL:
From November through March, we may implement a Winter Quality Hold if severe weather conditions are nationally predicted. During periods of severe temperatures and/or significant carrier backlog, our fulfillment team may delay dispatching your order to ensure it remains in our temperature controlled facility instead of sitting in unheated sorting facilities or delivery trucks for extended periods of time. We prioritize the quality of the skincare you receive and prioritize your customer experience over the speed of delivery during these times.
