Refund policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

Please review this policy in entirety prior to initiating a return

You may return any item purchased at full price in new, unopened, and unused condition within 14 days of the date the product was received by mail. We do not currently offer exchanges or accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Select products and merchandise items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We do not issue return postage or labels.

dubose is not responsible for packages lost in transit due to the actions of the US Postal Service or UPS. 

To initiate a product return, please email sales@shopdubose.com to submit your return request. Please provide your full name, order number, and shipping zip code. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, excluding shipping and handling fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any requested returns.

Upon inspection and approval of your return, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 10 business days. Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@shopdubose.com.

If your product(s) was damaged in transit, please reach out to us at sales@shopdubose.com to initiate a store credit or replacement. Photos are required to initiate next steps.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Should you wish to cancel your order, please email us at sales@shopdubose.com with your full name, order number, and shipping zip code as soon as possible. Please note that this is time sensitive. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we are unable to re-route your package or prevent delivery.
